1st painting in the collection

This is my butterfly that is the first painting in my collection. It represents our inability to appreciate diversity. We as a people have shackled and locked up our ability to truly accept and enjoy the beauty of what makes us so different from one another.
I hope you enjoy it.

New painting!

Hi everyone! This is the newest painting that I am working on. I already have one painting finished that I will add as soon as I can.

Return from falling off the face of the earth Part 2

Okay...It has been forever! But I am back! There have been some exciting developments. I have finished some new notecard designs and I am working on my first collection of paintings! I haven't painted in a long time so this is really thrilling for me. I will take some pictures and post them as soon as I can!

Return from falling off the face of the earth!

Hello everyone! It has been months since I last posted anything on my blog! I apologize for the long delay. I have had an incredibly difficult summer. The Wheaton French Market went well that was nice! I have finished my latest painting (which I will show you as soon as possible), my website is finally up, and I have made a few more notecards...getting back into the swing of things! I will post the new notecards soon.
I love you guys and hope to have something to show you next time I blog!
Love, Jamie

Newest Addition

Hello everyone!

Here is the newest addition to the Memories Illustrated line-up. It is a drawing of a mother giraffe sharing food with her baby. The tree has the words "Her children arise and call her blessed" from Proverbs written in the leaves. I have some prints of the original that I have matted and framed. It turned out better than I had hoped. I hope you all think so too.

Talk to ya again soon,

Stained Glass Window Card

Hi everyone!
This is a recent notecard that I finished. It says "Thinking of You" in the stained glass. The image is from a chapel in St Mark's UMC in Carmel, Indiana. It is a lovely chapel. I took the center-most part of the stained glass to recreate. I hope they enjoy the cards and people find them encouraging.

Love ya - Jamie
